Recommended Prior LearningHave completed Level One Hospitality or with TiC approval.
This course follows on from Level One Hospitality, developing more skills that align with the hospitality industry. There will be a focus on industry recognised food safety practices as well as knife skills and maintenance. Coffee and service are a large part of this course, selling products produced in cafe styled scenarios.

Students are expected to achieve at least 18 credits during the course.
Cook, Hotel/Motel Manager, Cafe Worker, Waiter/Waitress, Cafe/Restaurant Manager, Kitchenhand, Chef, Maitre d’Hotel, Health and Safety Adviser
Contributions and Equipment/StationeryCourse fee to be confirmed.
A hat, apron or jacket will be supplied. Covered shoes must be worn.
