This is an ideal course for students who want to further extend their scientific knowledge and skills in Physics. Physics is an essential prerequisite for entry into most University level engineering courses as well as for all types of Physics degrees.
Physics at this level demands very good skills in mathematics.
Semester A offers the study of Waves through an External Standard followed by one or two internal standards to develop higher level research skills.
If you are intending for this to be a University approved subject, you must take both Semester A and B of this course.
12 credits from external standards in Year 12 Physics and a minimum of 12 credits in Mathematics at Level 2, including Algebra.
This course is approved for University Entrance.
