Course Description

In this course you will learn advanced plant propagation techniques and carry out an extended investigation. You will choose another subject from: landscaping, future proofing a business, or investigate plant management practices in a cross-curricular English project, gaining credits in both subjects. All standards in this semester are internally assessed. This is an Achievement Standard course which can ultimately take you to tertiary study and a career in primary industries.

Students will choose, in consultation with the Innovative Horticulture Manager, how many standards their individual pathway is made up of based on ability and needs. Typically you will select 12 credits in total.

Recommended Prior Learning
