Biology is the study of life from the smallest cell to massive ecosystems. What could be more interesting than learning about what makes living things including ourselves work? There are over 25 branches of Biology including Anatomy, Botany, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Ecology, Evolution, Genetics, Marine Biology, Microbiology, Physiology, Zoology.

This course will study genetics, and two practical Internal biology investigations. The course has 12 credits and can only be done for one semester, It has 4 Literacy and 4 Numeracy credits.

Biology is important for careers such as Biotechnology, Horticulture, Marine biologist, Conservation, Ecologist, Environmentalists, Medicine, Veterinary, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Sports.

Only pick for one semester.

If you want to do level 2 Biology you must do level 1 Biology first.
