Recommended Prior LearningYear 9 and/or 10 Food Technology is useful, but not essential.
This level one hospitality course is a great introduction into the expectations of the industry. There is a great range of units available which will teach you not only skills but presentation, service and the sale of goods.

Cook, Bartender, Hotel/Motel Manager, Cafe Worker, Waiter/Waitress, Cafe/Restaurant Manager, Kitchenhand, Chef, Maitre d’Hotel, Health and Safety Adviser
Contributions and Equipment/StationeryCourse fee to be confirmed for ingredients and workbooks.
A hat , jacket or apron will be supplied. Students must wear covered shoes.
