This level one hospitality course is a great introduction into the expectations of the industry. There is a great range of units available which will teach you not only skills but presentation, service and the sale of goods.
Students are expected to help with events outside of class time as required.

Contributions and Equipment/StationeryCourse fee to be confirmed for ingredients and workbooks.
A hat , jacket or apron will be supplied. Students must wear covered shoes.
Course selection will depend on the option lines and student numbers. There is no guarantee that the courses you select now will all be available for you in 2024.
