Level 1 Hospitality - Semester A

Course Description

This course is designed as an introduction to working in the hospitality industry. In Semester A we shall explore quality selection, preparation and presentation of fruit and vegetables, eggs and cheese and meats. All students should also complete a knife skills course which is presented in a 1 day course and prepares them for using and caring for chefs' knives and is essential to Hospitality.


Contributions and Equipment/Stationery

Cost: $90 per semester
A hat and jacket or apron will be supplied. covered shoes must be worn.
