• Food technology provides an opportunity to learn skills and knowledge involved in making innovative food products and recipes to meet the needs of a variety of people.
What does it involve?
• Basic skills in the use of food room equipment and ingredients.
• Working in teams to plan to meet a brief e.g Cafe, event.
Where does it lead?
• Year 10 Food technology, Year 11, 12 and 13 Hospitality.
