Level 1 Hospitality
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Ms K. Williams.
This level one hospitality course is a great introduction into the expectations of the industry. There is a great range of units available which will teach you not only skills but presentation, service and the sale of goods.
Recommended Prior Learning
Year 9 and/or 10 Food Technology is useful, but not essential.
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
Course fee to be confirmed for ingredients and workbooks.
A hat , jacket or apron will be supplied. Students must wear covered shoes.
Assessment Information
Students are expected to help with events outside of class time as required.Credit Information
